KEITH MILES AURZADA, partner, Bryan Cave LLP in Dallas, TX. Mr. Aurzada's practice is devoted to the representation of debtors and creditors in complex financial restructurings. Mr. Aurzada has acted as counsel for unsecured creditors committees, secured creditors and debtors He has served as counsel to both banks and non-bank lenders, and special services of commercial mortgage securitized trusts. He has served as debtor's counsel for companies involved in numerous industries, including diagnostic health services, retail, manufacturing, health spas, oil and gas exploration, and commercial construction. A primary focus of Mr. Aurzada's practice is the representation of companies in need of financial restructuring accomplished by negotiation, litigation where necessary and through the bankruptcy process. These representations have included all aspects of the Chapter 11 process and out-of-court restructurings. Mr. Aurzada lectures frequently on a variety of bankruptcy topics before bar associations and professional organizations. He is a contributing editor to Norton Bankruptcy Law and Practice (3d Ed.
