To attend a Norton Bankruptcy Litigation Seminar or the Western Mountains Bankruptcy Law Seminar, please complete the registration form below. We will confirm your reservation by e-mail and send a statement to the address you provide in the form below.
REGISTRATION FEE. The registration fee for each seminar is $1150. The Government rate is $800. The fee entitles registrants to attend all seminar sessions, a set of seminar materials containing comprehensive outlines of the lectures, check lists, forms, and a copy of the most recent Norton Quick Reference Pamphlet — Bankruptcy Code and Rules. The fee also includes a continental breakfast in Park City, Las Vegas and Jackson Hole.HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS. Each hotel will hold a block of rooms at reduced rates for Norton Institutes registrants for up to 45 days prior to the seminars. Registrants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations direct with the hotel. Early hotel reservation is urged. Hotel reservation forms are provided by return mail by the Norton Institutes to registrants upon receipt of their Institute registrations. When making hotel reservations by telephone, be certain to identify yourself as a Norton Institute registrant to receive special rates.
REFUND POLICY. Registrants will receive a refund of $1150 if notice of cancellation is received before February 1, 2009 for the Park City Seminar and before March 1, 2009 for the Las Vegas Seminar and before June 1, 2009 for the Jackson Hole Seminar. No other refunds will be made. A unique feature of all the Norton Institutes is that paid registrants who are unable to attend may apply their registration fee to any of the several subsequent Norton Seminars held within 12 months.
VOLUME DISCOUNT REGISTRATION. Any law firm or organization who registers more than two individuals to attend any of the 2009 Norton Seminars at the full rate will receive a $300 discount on each subsequent registration fee. State and Federal Government employees do not get an additional discount from the discounted rate of $800.
