BANKRUPTCY RECENT DEVELOPMENTS SEMINAR

February 7 – 9, 2024

In 2024, Norton Institutes will conduct a live online program to be held via Zoom from February 7 – 9, 2024. The Institute will feature recent developments presented by retired bankruptcy judge Randy Haines, ethical issues led by Susan Freeman at Lewis Roca Rothgerber & Christie, Phoenix, AZ, Chapter 11 issues led by retired bankruptcy judge Leif Clark, and Consumer issues led by retired Bankruptcy Judge Keith Lundin. Registrants of all three days will receive a complementary copy of the Norton Quick Reference Bankruptcy Code and Rules provided by Thompson-Reuters.

CLE Course Credit
Norton Institutes will seek CLE approval from all states of the attending registrants requiring CLE. There will be 11 hours of programming, which will include 1.5 hours of Ethics that will be submitted for CLE credit.
